Guide to Summary Information in DORIC
The DORIC Homepage is divided into two sections - Summary Information (containing quick links to a variety of local information) and Detailed Information (containing links to tools enabling users to drill down to specific data and information about an area). This page provides a guide to the features that appear in the Summary Information section.
Neighbourhood Information - This is a postcode and address search providing maps, data and information about your neighbourhood. See the
Neighbourhood Information User Guide for more details about how to use this feature.
Themes and Projects - Browse the information available in a particular topic using this tool. Baskets contain reports and data with pop-up charts and maps for quick reference, or you can view more reports by selecting the links. See the
Themes and Projects User Guide.
Consultations - Select this link to view details of forthcoming consultations, consultations that are currently taking place, and reports of consultations that have closed. You may also have the opportunity to take part in an online survey here.
JSNA - The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment is an assessment of the health, well-being and social care needs of the people in an area. It includes information on Demography and Socio-Economic Context, Health and Lifestyle, Burden of Ill-Health, Children & Young People, and Older People. Select the JSNA for your area, select the Open Resource button, and follow the links to choose the chapters you are interested in.
